On the home page, at the bottom of the sliding banner, is a five tab menu with Match My Key Number, Locks at Cost, Express Program, Top Sellers and Best Uses. The Best Uses page allows for shopping by recommended best use product categories. These categories are also listed under individual product features. Locks at Cost boasts significantly discounted savings on overstock items and in-stock discontinued products. Other new dynamic features include easy-to-navigate rollover category menus, an information and FAQ blog, most popular searches and social media integration. The category and sub-category pages include dynamic sections with Most Popular padlocks and product models, New Arrivals and Deal of the Day: where special offers will be updated regularly.

The My Account log-in at MasterLocks.com enables a registered account holder to access all of the upgraded ecommerce tools. This includes oversight of the sales and shipping quotes, shipping and billing address book, order history, payment details, account settings and the newest addition of a wish list. These tools allow for greater budgetary and procurement oversight as well as order shipping information to anywhere in the Nation. Single orders can be placed as a site Guest, but storing account information by registering will expedite the new Fast Checkout process.
